These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products offered here. Products and Availability All products listed on this site are subject to availability. BarkenPet works with international suppliers who ship products directly to customers (drop shipping model). Product images are representative; slight variations in color or packaging may occur.
Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing error, with a full refund issued in such cases.
Shipping Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days for orders within the United States, though delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or supplier processing time. BarkenPet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled or modified only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.
Limitation of Liability BarkenPet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Products are intended for their stated purpose only; always supervise your pet when introducing a new accessory.
