Return Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@barkenpet.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for completing your return.

 

Return Shipping Because BarkenPet operates on an international drop shipping model, return shipping costs and destinations may vary by product and supplier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items Items marked as final sale, and items returned outside the 7-day window, are not eligible for return.
